PURPOSE:
The purpose of this survey is to determine the extent to which the products and services provided by The Arc of the Virginia Peninsula are meeting the needs of its customers/stakeholders. The results of this survey will provide The Arc with critical information for improving its current products/services that will better meet customers/stakeholders needs.
