Supported Employment / Job Skills Training

Through this program we match individuals with disabilities with employers and jobs.

After determining your specific job requirements our job specialists screen and recommend qualified candidates. After an appropriate candidate is selected and a job match is made, our employment specialists provide ongoing training, support and supervision to the employee –at no cost to you.

Once the newly hired individual understands and demonstrates an ability to perform the job, our job coaches continue to provide follow-along services. This ensures that your company’s standards and job are being met. These services include periodic counseling, phone calls and on-site supervision.
