Working at small and large businesses trimming, edging, mowing lawns and
maneuvering sophisticated riding mowers. They're the consumers who make up
The Arc's Mobile work crews. These are the people, who, in spite of their disabilities, know how to clean and maintain expensive floors, clean offices and leave them spotless, and set-up meeting rooms according to a customer's specifications.

The Arc of the Virginia Peninsula envisions a world where people with mental retardation and other disabilities enjoy dignified, productive lives of their choosing as fully accepted members of society.
